Spring Brings Ant Invasion

We expect the spring season to mean the return of all bugs. However, the year, ants seem to be the biggest nuisance

Pest control services, on average, have responded to nearly twenty household calls a day! Warm, wet weather has helped to increase the amount of ants this year as compared to last year during the drier period.

"The more moisture content you have, then days when it is 80 degrees, the the ants really start to come, " says Rodney Cain, Premier Pest Control.

To help prevent ants from getting into your household, avoid leaving soft drinks or food on the floor. If you develop a pest problem, consider seeking professional help.

I agree. Every spring my Ant Bernice invades our house and won't leave until the end of August. Her mustache tickles when she kisses us and she smells of Jim Beam. I can't wait for the end of summer.
