Mary White, or Mary Willoughby, as she was known when she first spoke with 27NEWSFIRST, was arraigned in a Carlisle Court today.

She pleaded not guilty to charges of arson and filing a fake police report. In February she told police that two men came into her home, shot her, then tried to set her house on fire.

But after looking into the allegations made by White, police came to a different conclusion and charged White with the crime.

White is free on a $15,000 bond. Her preliminary hearing is set for next week.
