Three Teens Charged In Murder Plot

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (AP) - A trio of Louisville teenagers has been
arrested and charged with plotting the death of a middle school student.
Louisville police spokesman Phil Russell says detectives began
investigating after a call from authorities at a middle school in eastern Jefferson County, who reported that there was word of a plot by some students to kill a fellow student.
Russell says three people had been working since March to plan the murder of a 13-year-old girl.
police arrested two girls, ages 13 and 14, on Tuesday and charged them with conspiracy to commit murder. Neither has been named because of their age. Seth Ryan Woods, 19, of Louisville, also was arrested on the same murder conspiracy charge.
Russell said the teens had planned to execute their plan by this
weekend.

I AGREE--WHAT WERE THESE YOUNG GIRLS DOING WITH THE 19 YEAR OLD? BUT THIS IS NOT THE TOTAL REASON FOR TODAY'S CRIMINAL MINDS. WE GIVE THEM TOO MUCH TECNOLOGY SUCH AS CELL PHONES AND COMPUTERS WITH INTERNET. MY QUESTION IS, WHY DO WE GIVE THEM ALL THIS TO USE FROM THE CRADLE UP? THEY NEED TO LEARN THE FUNDAMENTALS OF USAGE BUT THEY DON'T NEED TO HAVE ACCESS UNTIL THEY ARE OLD ENOUGH TO KNOW THE RIGHT AND WRONG WAY TO USE THEM. BUT THE #1 THING LEFT OUT IS GOD!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank goodness this was stopped, what is going on with kids these days? I agree with Steve - what on earth are young girls hanging out with a 19 yr old man? Where were the parents during all this? We parents need to keep our eyes and ears on what our kids are doing - we need to be the authority in the home not their "best friends" we are supposed to teach them right from wrong by example.

IM ONLY 30 AND I REMEMBER WHEN WE WERE KIDS WE WERES TIL PLAYING WITH DOLLS,AND RIDE OUR BIKES UNTIL WE HAD TO COME IN.MY SON IS 11 AND IT IS AWFUL THE WORDS HE HEARS AT SCHOOL. I TRY TO EXPLAIN THEY HAVE PARENTS WHO DON'T CARE WHAT THEY SAY OR DO BECAUSE THEY ARE DO BUSY ON DRUGS OR HAVING MORE KIDS. SEEMS LIKE THINGS GET WORSE EVERY YEAR. WHEN WILL THIS KIDS LEARN WHAT YOU DO NOW WILL HAUNT YOU LATER IN LIFE. SO MAKE WISE CHOICES!

Holy Cow! Where were their parents while they were doing all this conspiracy? And what in the (edited) are 13/14 year old girls doing hanging out with a 19 year old boy??? Welcome to the criminal justice system! I hope you enjoy your stay, as it appears that since you're plotting murders at your age, you'll be in the system for at least the next 50 years.
