Fort Campbell Soldier Killed In Iraq

FORT CAMPBELL, Ky. (AP) - A Fort Campbell soldier has died in a
rocket attack in Iraq.

The Defense Department says 26-year-old Spc. David P. McCormick
of Fresno, Texas, died Monday in Baghdad of wounds suffered when
his forward operating base came under attack.

McCormick was assigned to the 1st Squadron, 75th Cavalry
Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 101st Airborne Division.

He entered the Army in September 2004 and arrived at Fort
Campbell in January 2005.

He is survived by mother, Anna, of Bay City, Texas.

    It is sad the loss of life for what? Greed in politics is so rampant. America it is time to react, and I do mean react. It is time for mass protests and riots. Nationwide and massive scale, shut cities and traffic down. Rock their circle of comfort in Washington.

    How many more before this administration decides that this whole thing was a mistake?I will be glad when the democrates take back the Whitehouse and get this country and it's economy back.
