Couple Charged With Sexually Abuse Against Mentally Challenged Woman

An Indiana couple is in jail, accused of sexually abusing a mentally challenged woman, and there's concern some of those crimes may have happened in Kentucky.

Investigators say Patricia and Duane Tackett had sexual contact with a woman, who was in their care, over a 13 year period, beginning when she was just 14-years-old.

The Muncie Star reports the abuse continued when the Tacketts moved to Kentucky for an 11 year period.

Police say the victim has the mental capacity of a 10-year -old.

Tracie, sad thing is they would probably enjoy someone doing to them what they did to her.

These people need to be sent to prison for the rest of theur lives. They don't have any idea what they put this person through. Or better yet let someone do to them what they done to her.

Some people are just so sick! What they are accused of doing is utterly disguisting. How anyone can do such a thing is beyond me. This poor poor woman. My heart goes out to her.
