Kentucky Teen Hurt In Accident Gets Support From Congressman

A Kentucky teenager, whose feet were severed during an amusement park ride, is teaming up with a Massachusetts congressman.

14-year-old Kaitlyn Lasitter talked about her ordeal when a cable cut off her feet on a ride at Six Flags Kentucky Kingdom.

Now, Representative Ed Markey wants to pass a law that would subject "fixed-site" rides to federal regulation.

Lassiter’s right foot was re-attached and she uses a prosthesis for her left foot.

This explains why we need to ditch Mitch McBush if for no other reason----it's a shame that KY is so ill represented in Congress.
