Friday marks two years since a young Lexington woman was killed by a falling slab of concrete.

Stephanie Hufnagle was walking to work when the concrete broke off the Chase Bank parking garage downtown and crushed her. She was pregnant at the time.

The incident prompted inspections and changes at parking garages across the state.
