The past seven days have been filled with sleepless nights for Nancy Sparkman. Thursday marks one week since anyone has seen or heard from her father.

Nancy Sparkman says she was supposed to meet her 62-year-old father, Sampie Sparkman, at a Somerset bowling alley last Thursday, after he left his nephew's house in Knott County.

She was told he left with 150 dollars and a half tank of gas, but Nancy says her father never made it. Now, the family says they're running out of options.

So far, Police say Sparkman has not used any of his credit cards.

Family members have been busy going from gas station to gas station with a picture of Sampie.

He was last seen driving a black, S-10 pick-up with Floyd County license tags.

With no word on where her Dad is, Nancy is just wanting to put an end to this mystery. She says not knowing what happened to her father is the hardest part of all.

We have reason to believe that Sampie made it to London on the evening of his disappearance. He was said to have stopped at a Chevron station around 8:30 that night. If anyone has seen him around London or Somerset, please contact the police immediately. We are sick with worry. There has to be somebody out there who knows something. We have fliers out in at least 5 counties, have had it on the news, in newspapers, and have even searched the roadways ourselves. We desperately need help! It's been two weeks today that he went missing. We're praying for a miracle.

There was a study done in Florida in recent years about elderly who go missing. It concluded that MOST are found within one mile of their home. Search every inch of that one mile. God bless
