Winchester Murder Suspect Found

Winchester Police caught up to murder suspect Saturday morning.

Late Thursday night, police found the victim, Mateo Pablo, stabbed in the chest outside a home on Oxford Drive. He later died.

Police say 38-year-old Pedro Garcia is the one who stabbed Pablo. He is charged with murder.

Two other men, Garcia's brother, Luis and a friend Fidel Flores are already in custody, charged with complicity to murder.

Police say the stabbing happened during an argument.

At ease he was working, which is more than a lot of people in this state can say. They lay on govt. benefits just like their parents and their parents before them. They are the lowest of the low, people who could work but won't. And the govt. needs to do some major overhauling of the way we deal with immigrants. If they can't keep them out (and I don't think they should) then they need to find a way to deal with this issue that is fair to everyone.

Not even going to comment about the racism. And yes there are people out there working and NOT paying taxes. There are a lot of construction companies (and probably some other types of companies) that will pay "under the table". It's not just hispanics, though, that are being paid that way.

Why do people always say that these people don't pay taxes??? If he was working in construction, he was paying taxes...and if he wasn't, it was the construction company's fault, not this man's fault. Most Latinos in this nation have work visas and pay taxes just like you and me. The thing is, the money they make goes back to their families in Mexico where the US Dollar still goes a long way, unlike anywhere else in the world. By and large, they are a good, decent, and honorable people who get a bad rap for a few little things here and there which is no more prevalent than any other segment of society. I saw today where two white people were on trial for killing their infant daughter, and you don't see Latinos on here criticizing white people as baby-killers do you? I mean, I can't remember the last time I heard on the news that a Latino couple (legal or illegal) killed their child. So, get off your high horse, get a job like they do, and pay your taxes like they do!

Most of these comments don't even deserve a rebuttal. God help you all, and my prayers with the family who lost a loved one. And yes, our government is what has destroyed our country, with one simple word/thought process: G R E E D... greed for land, greed for power, and greed for anything of value.

If tax paying Americans will work hazardous jobs no one wants to do like mining coal, working convinient stores at 3 a.m. etc. etc., what makes you think they won't do what illegals do? It's just they work for an unreasonable lesser wage which hurts the average American. They essentially are slaves and the people employing them are greedy, profit driven slave owners. Face it, people are sick and tired of illegals and the gov't not doing anything about it. So even a murder gets no sympathy since people have no respect or patience for these potential illegals!!!!!!! I DON'T BLAME THEM, STAND UP FOR YOUR FELLOW LEGAL, TAX PAYING BROTHERN AND TELL YOUR LOCAL OFFICALS AND STATE REPRESENTATIVES YOUR SICK AND TIRED OF ILLEGALS!!!!!!

I also wish to send my apologies to this man's family. My husband is a union insulator and worked with this man. He was a human being just like all of us. He left behind a wife and child who deserve better than what some of you have offered. You should be ashamed of your heartless selves and thank God that it wasn't someone in your family. Crime happens without regard to race, religion or nationality. If all of you who have time to write nasty racist comments would take the time to work as hard on your voting choices and participation in our great country's politics perhaps this country would be a better place to live. Stop bellyaching and blaming innocent persons for things that you do have control of!
