Delegate Decision Sparks Outcry From Some

WASHINGTON (AP) - Democratic party officials say a party committee agreed on a compromise to seat Michigan and Florida delegates after Barack Obama and Hillary Rodham Clinton failed to get enough support to force their positions through.

The committee agreed on a compromise offered by the Michigan Democratic Party that would give Clinton 69 delegates and Obama 59. Each delegate would get half a vote at the convention in Denver later this summer, according to the deal.

They also agreed to seat the Florida delegation based on the outcome of the January primary, with 105 pledged delegates for Clinton and 67 for Obama, but with each delegate getting half a vote as a penalty.

@ All blind Clinton followers that wanna cry and act spiteful. The US claims its the greatest country in the world yet it imprisons 1 in every 100 men in its population at over 2million incarcerated. Thats higher than ANY country by ratio and numbers in total. This country has waged wars on its own people for the better part of 100 years all in the intrest of corporations and special intrest groups. In this country you must prove your innocence even though they claim innocent until proven guilty. Kids are murders and worse daily, the leaders of big business make billions while citizens jobs move to china and mexico. These are just a few of the things wrong with the country, yet people blindly still say its perfect and cant belive that some one would want to make it some thing better that everyone would be proud of. Do you people even talk to people from other countries online? Alot respect us but still think our government is a police state. Ever even heard of Iraq?

What a bunch of BS. Michigan and Florida should get a grand total of 0 delegates, for breaking the rules. But, then again, when has either party abided by rules, anyway? McCain in '08!
