Man Stabbed During Parking Space Dispute

A man is under arrest in northern Kentucky after police say he stabbed another man over a parking space.

20-year-old Jerry Lin now faces felony assault charges for the May 23rd incident.

Newport police say David Clark was backing into a parking space, when Lin pulled up on his bumper and refused to back up.

Clark claims they both got out of their cars and that's when Lin attacked him. Clark was treated and released from a hospital.

@pippi on Jun 5 Why would you get out of your car wanting to act tough and fight over a parking space? I find it funny that the agressor that thinks its the law to force people to drive backwards for your comfort got stabbed. Ive had a couple run ins at wal mart with idiots that drive past a car then they see its tail lights and expect me to back up and give up my legal right to wait and drive only forward when the car leaves. but no everybody wants to think they are gods chosen one and force 5 cars to risk fender benders by drivign in reverse so they dont have to walk 20ft more of a 40ft walk.
