Alleged Burglar Is Picked Up In Tennessee

A man accused of stealing a police cruiser from Boyd County has been arrested in Tennessee..

Police say 23-year old Joshua Barber walked away from a halfway house in Ashland, broke into a city garage, and took the car with an empty rifle.

The Ashland Daily Independent reports Barber was arrested this morning in Sumner County, Tennessee.

He faces several charges including first degree burglary and theft by unlawful taking.
