The Herald-Leader reports 30-year-old Steven Glenn Gabbard of East Bernstadt was the passenger on a 2002 shadow motorcycle that collided with a 2000 Toyota Tacoma on Kentucky 577 near Annville.

Gabbard was not wearing a helmet.

He was pronounced dead at University of Kentucky Hospital.

Explain WHY kids are put on a school bus without seat belts? WHY is there not a law against that? WHY is there not a law that you have to wear a helmet when riding a motorcycle? BUT you have to wear a seatbelt driving a car, our laws in this country are MESSED UP.
