A frantic search is on tonight for a missing grandmother who came to Lexington to visit family, but never made it back home to Tennessee.
Barbara Hill was in town over the weekend to celebrate her granddaughter's graduation.
Her family says Monday morning, she got onto a Greyhound bus, headed to Johnson City, Tennessee.
But she hasn't been seen since.
Her family is afraid she may be lost or confused because she isn't on her medication.
The 55-year-old woman also goes by the nickname "Bootsie."
Her family says she's about 5'4" and weighs around 125 pounds.
