A frantic search is on tonight for a missing grandmother who came to Lexington to visit family, but never made it back home to Tennessee.

Barbara Hill, 55, was in town over the weekend to celebrate her grand-daughter's graduation. Her family says Monday morning she got onto a Greyhound bus headed to Johnson City, Tennessee, but Hill never made it home.

Her family is afraid she may be lost or confused because she isn't on her medication.

Anyone who sees Hill is asked to call Lexington Police. Hill's family says she also goes by the name "Bootsie". They say she is 5'4" and weighs around 125lbs.
