Here is another accident involving a ATV,I have not seen or heard but I would bet the farm this young person was not following any kind of saftey no helmet, alcohol or drugs maybe ridding double. How come people from other states can come down here and ride on the Hatfeild McCoy Trail system and go home uninjured? Because these people must wear helmets thats why they must follow the rule of the trail system which says NO Alcohol! When will the lawmakers pass a helmet law thats the real question. When will parents be held responsible for the death and injuries of children who ride without helmets, ride on machines to big for them?Isnt this considered child endangerment? The sad fact is noone wants to enforce that law to save a young child, the two children who were riding the Rhino atv that flipped and caused the untimely death of a young girl should of never happened if the parent/owner of the rhino never let a 12yo drive it.We dont let 12yo's drive cars do we? Nope Wake up Parents!

there are more atv injuries and deaths in ky than any other state.you cannot listen to the local without an atv death or injury being reported.this atv thing is out of control just like drugs.atv's are killing more young people thans drugs.the atv is painted on tv as a fun thing when actually they are a death trap.

I hit baseball with Greg last year. He was good friends with my cousin and he seemed like a real nice young man. This is just terrible news and my prayers are with his family and friends.
