Fees Going Up For Airlines At Blue Grass Airport

Flying isn't only getting to be more expensive for travelers, prices are also going up for airlines.

Blue Grass Airport is raising commercial airline fees.

Landing fees for airliners are going up 30 cents and the price for airline rental space, which includes ticket counters and waiting areas at gates, is going up two dollars.

Blue Grass Airport is also getting a federal grant worth around 3 million dollars to improve and relocate taxiways.

Well thats just great. Prices at Bluegrass Airport are already so high its cheaper to drive over an hour to catch a flight.. They might as well just close the dang thing and do something useful with that land.
