Senate President Heard Testimony On State Transportation Bill

Kentucky's Senate president heard testimony on the state transportation bill.

Earlier this year, Governor Beshear vetoed the state's two-year transportation plan, which includes hundreds of road and bridge projects across the state.

State officials testified that the system is under funded and needs money to complete the projects.

Governor Beshear says his administration will make a substitute plan to manage Kentucky road plans during the next two years.
