New Chief Justice Of The Kentucky Supreme Court Will Be Sworn In Friday

The new Chief Justice of the Kentucky Supreme Court will be sworn in on Friday.

Justice John Minton will take over from outgoing Chief Justice Joseph Lambert.

Minton will become the fifth Chief Justice of Kentucky and the first new leader of the judicial branch in a decade.

Minton was first appointed to the state's highest court in July of 2006.
