Eastern Kentucky Road Closed For Railroad Crossing Repair

An eastern Kentucky road will be closed Wednesday morning.

Officials with CSX will close the railroad crossing on Kentucky 15 at Isom to replace and refurbish the concrete panels on the road.

The work is expected to begin at 9am Wednesday and continue until 5pm.

Flaggers will detour traffic to old Highway 7.

Where does it say the state is fixing it? As a rule the railroads fix their own property.
