Two escapees on the run from the Big Sandy Detention Center are back behind bars.

Moments after our story aired at six o'clock Tuesday, Magoffin County Sheriff deputies got a tip that led to them to the women. Sheriff Bob Jordan says he found Ramona Mills and Haley Smith at a house in Magoffin County.

The two women are back in custody along with a man they were with.

Jail officials say Mills and Smith escaped on Saturday when a power surge caused the doors to open. The women face escape and other additional charges.

Did they say anything about armed or dangerous? They are just a couple escapees, not murderers! They would have been sure to tell you that!!!

My dad literally walked right out of a federal prison. got a ride from a local sheriff that also gave him money to get him something to eat and made it to montana and lived there for 5 years before they caught up with him.
