Ky. Postmaster Sentenced For Embezzlement

Three years probation; that's the sentence for a Casey County postmaster.

Judy Clark was sentenced on embezzlement charges.

Investigators say on at least ten different occasions, she made postal service money orders to herself. Court records show the total amount of the money orders at about three thousand dollars.

Investigators say Clark made the illegal money orders while she was working as the postmaster in Dunnville.

That is all she got???? Three years probation???? How disgusting. Who did she know at the court house in Casey County? Who is she related to there?? She stole from the Government!! She should be doing jail time. The Winchester Post Office needs to be investigated, too. A lot of packages seem to get delivered missing their contents at Christmas time. But if all the criminals will get is Probation, what is the use?? They don't learn ANYTHING by getting a slap on the wrist. Make them do the time in jail that they deserve to do. This is down right ridiculous!! Time to overhaul the Kentucky Court systems come election time!!
