Over the holiday weekend I was in and around Phelps, Freeburn and Stopover it is amazing that more wasn't killed. The ATV and dirt bike riders go up the hollers to see how fast they can. They ride from sun up to all night. So many ride on the roads also. I am sorry for the family but it is a risk when you do things without thinking.

I was wondering when an ATV accident was going to happen this weekend. It never fails on a holiday weekend. And why would somebody be riding at 11:30 pm???
