Guilty Plea For Murder Charge

Tonya Henson was charged with killing Kenneth Clay at his home in October, 2007.

Henson allegedly hit Clay over the head with a hammer and then stabbed him several times.

Henson pleaded guilty to murder, tampering with physical evidence, and theft by unlawful taking.

She will spend 28 years in jail if the plea deal is accepted.

Sentencing is scheduled for August 28th.
