Lawsuit Filed After Fatal Fire

Family members of a mother and son who died in a Pikeville apartment fire file a lawsuit against the building's owner.

Tammy Lockhart and her 17-year old son Justin were killed.

Officials say the fire was likely caused by an electrical problem.

The Lexington Herald reports the lawsuit blames the owner of the building, William E. Justice Realty Company and its operator, Cornelius A. Justice for failing to provide a safe and adequate living environment.
