Attorney Allegedly Informed Comair Executive About Dangers Before Flight 5191

New allegations against Comair are emerging.

The Courier-Journal reports a Comair pilot warned the airline's top executive about problems on flights in March 2006, five months before the Flight 5191 crash.

The paper reports that Attorney Bill Garmer says the problems were pilots’ situational awareness, runway incursions, and violations of the sterile cockpit rule.

An attorney for Comair says Garmer's summary of the pilots’ concerns are inaccurate.

The pilots were grossly negligent and my daughter and 47 other innocent people paid for it! None of our families will ever be the same, we live with this loss every day.
