Man Sentenced To 25 Years In Jail For Killing Former Constable

A Johnson County man who admitted to killing a former Johnson County Constable will spend 25 years in prison.

Tommy Baldridge was sentenced Friday, just days after Christopher Fairchild was convicted in the murder case. The pair was accused of killing James Mollette during a robbery in 2006. Baldridge took a plea deal in exchange for his testimony against Fairchild. Officials say he lived up to the deal during Fairchild's trial last week and the judge gave him the 25 year sentence.

This guy is the killer and dna was found on the pants of this drug dealer, and still yet only got 25 years and christopher got 20 years for something that he didnt do, no dna was found on james from christopher. Why or how can anyone get 25 years in jail with no proven evidence, one guy saying the other guy did it and the courts say well he's guilty but yet no dna or any kind of proof but yet, still gets 25 years.
