Still no arrests more than three weeks after a Pike County man was shot and killed at a fireworks stand on U.S. 119.

39-year-old Phillip Hickman died June 30th.

Now for the first time, the family is talking and begging for information.

Phillip Hickman's mother and sisters don't think they'll ever stop grieving.

They can't cope losing their only brother and son.

Police say 39 year old Hickman was shot and killed when he stopped at a fireworks stand on U.S. 119 on June 30th.

Investigators say they have no eyewitnesses, so they aren't exactly sure what happened, or why he was shot.

Police are looking for the answers.

They questioned Hickman's friend, who witnesses say drove away after the shooting, but he was not charged.

Police say now they need more information to find out what happened.

Hickman's family is asking for help.

Police ask anyone who saw something there that day or knows something about the shooting to come forward.

They know nothing can bring him back, but they believe knowing what happened will ease their pain.

A relief they hope to get soon.

Police ask if you have any information about the shooting to please call Kentucky State Police in Pikeville at 433-7711.
