Police in Winchester are trying to figure out how a man ended up getting hit by a train late Thursday night.
CSX Railroad officials called police after a train hit a man walking near the tracks at the Maple Street overpass.
The man was eventually airlifted to UK Hospital.
His name and condition aren't being released.
