It doesn't say if the doors to the residence were locked or not because the report just says that five men entered the home. It doesn't say "forced their way." With that said, an unlocked door IS NOT an open invitation for someone to come in your house but this is not Mayberry RFD where people play nice. Lock your freakin doors and use deadbolts. The "bad guys" normally look for the easiest targets because they are nothing but scum, low lifes who do not like confrontation. If you get them one on one, they are big wimps. They prey on those who give them opportunity and can't/won't fight back. Lock your doors, get a gun and shoot them if they force their way in your house. And once again...LOCK YOUR FREAKIN DOORS!

When Home Invaders are caught. They should be TARED & FEATHERED. Make them stand on Main St, with a sign, I AM A HOME INVADER. Then lock them up for at least 10 years.
