Trial Date Set For Corrections Officers

A trial date is also set for two Big Sandy Federal Prison Corrections Officers who were indicted.

Larry Miller and Kevin Christopher Fallen are charged with violating an inmates rights by allegedly threatening or hurting him and also charged with bringing pocket knives into the prison.

Miller told us earlier this month he is innocent.

A judge set their trial for October 9th in Pikeville Federal Court.

    Hopefully there enough people in that area to be seated on that jury to find these 2 not guilty , and theres enough people on that jury to realize you can not violate a convicted felons civil rights . They all should be treated that way in prison then maybe most them will not come back or commit other crimes.
