A high profile murder case in northern Kentucky is now on hold while the court decides if the trial should be moved to Lexington.
Cheryl McCafferty was scheduled to go on trial September ninth. She's accused of shooting her husband to death while he slept in their Campbell County home.
Her attorney says she won't receive a fair trial in Campbell County because of the publicity surrounding the case. He wants to move it to Lexington.
A hearing is scheduled for Wednesday to set a new trial date and to determine if the case should be moved.
