Former Referee & Bus Driver Faces Prison Time

A former Breathitt County referee and bus driver faces four years behind bars after an internet sex sting.

Rowan court officials say 41-year-old Paul Terry pleaded guilty to amended charges of unlawful transaction with a minor and distributing obscene material to a minor.

An internet crimes task force arrested terry last year after several on-line encounters with someone he thought was a 13-year-old girl.

He's sentencing is set September fifth.
