I-75 Back Open After Crash

Two southbound lanes of I-75 were closed Tuesday morning in Scott County due to an injury accident involving a tractor trailer.

Emergency workers say a van and tractor trailer collided near the 129 mile marker around 8:00 a.m. Tuesday.

At least one person was transported to the hospital.

The two lanes reopened and everything is now back to normal.

if you havent driven one of these trucks dont blame them they do get trained to drive these massive vehicles its called a cdl license.people think you can stop a rig on a dime its like trying to stop a train give them some space so they can drive dont tail gate them.

It seems like most of the crashes on I-75 involve a tractor-trailer. Why aren't they more careful. I drive 75 everyday to work, and I've been ran off the road onto the shoulder by one these rigs. Where is our highway patrol? And why are these drivers so poorly trained? I mean if you can't see what's in the lane beside you, then don't change lanes until you can! They taught us that in driver's ed back in high school. And what's with the running up on other cars rear ends, they have to know that if that car hits the brakes they're too close to stop. Kentucky should require better training and state testing. It's not fair to other tax paying drivers to have to watch for them constantly. We deserve to travel to and from ours jobs without the fear of being ran over by a semi.
