Ky. Man Charged With Killing, Raping Child

There's new information about a Kentucky native, charged in the rape and murder of a six-year-old Florida girl.

27-year-old Patrick Murphy was already serving a prison sentence for burglary when he was charged with the child's murder.

North Port, Florida police charged the Bowling Green native based on DNA evidence.

In 2006, Coralrose Fullwood's parents reported her missing from her bed. Her body was later found two blocks from the home.

Patrick was originally from Caneyville. He was a friend of mine before he moved to fl. They say drugs made him do it. I dont care. he murdered an innocent child and deserves to pay for that. i am horrified that i knew a person capable of such thiongs and didnt know it. this shows how careful we all should be and that we never know anyone reall.

FRY HIM! Better yet, hang him up in the middle of town by his feet and give everyone a bat and just beat the life out of him. Then let the birds have him. This sounds like justice to me.

Any human being that disagrees with capital punishment in this case really needs their heads examined. I would love to hear some liberal comments on this one.

How could a man of sound mind rape a another, much less an innocent child only six years old. How sad and disgusting! However, he will meet his match in the prison system. You can believe that, as crimes against children are not acceptable by the prisoners and he will pay the price as so many others have. And I believe it is well deserved.

What kind of monster is this person to hurt an innocent child, I can't even imagine what that pore baby went through, how could anyone look a child in the eye and do what he did or to even have thoughts of doing something like that? Just pure old Devil, Devils belong in H*** not in jail. I hope he gets what's coming to him from the other prison inmates.

As bad as this is, we have to realize that GOD is still in controle. This man (if gulty) is going to face a punishment far greater than any we can put upon him.

Why will we waste time and money on a trial. DNA has already linked him to this horrific crime and he needs to be put to death. He had no consideration for a 6 yr. old child, why should we have any for him?

If you hurt a child you deserve life in prison and if you kill a child automatic death sentence.
