Police Investigating After Unusual Items Found Inside Home

Quite a scene in a Lexington neighborhood today, after police swarm a house where a lot of blood was found.

The home is on Forest Hill Drive, not far from Todds Road.

It all started a little after noon, when someone walking by the home noticed a broken window, and called police.

The passerby thought there was a burglar inside.

When police got to the scene, they found Phillip Fraser inside.

Police say he told them he was taking care of the home, while its owner was away.

But officers later took Fraser into emergency custody, saying he could have been a threat to himself or others.

Police say they found a lot of unusual items inside the home, including blood. They're still investigating exactly what happened inside.

The homeowner has been accounted for.

I think council should propose stricter rules for under age drinking. These students aren't dying for having a cigrette in their hand. You are making a statement " you can drink up not smoke up" NICE
