Man Will Wait Longer For Court Appearance

A man accused of shooting his estranged wife in a Hardees restaurant in Jackson will have to wait a little longer for his day in court.

Clarence Tester's trial was set to begin Monday, but the county attorney tells us it was continued after his office did not receive medical records for Donna Tester's stay at U.K. Medical Center.

The next motion hour is September 5th, when officials expect the judge to set a new trial date.
