Police have tracked down a boy who disappeared weeks ago with his mother, who doesn't have custody of him .

Investigators say 11-year-old Joshua Glen Knight-Stevenson was taken from Hart County by his mother back on August 3rd.

They were found in New Mexico.

Police arrested his mother, Kimmie Stevenson, and charged her with custodial interference.

The boy is said to be doing OK.

he's been gone for almost a month and this is the first i'm hearing about it?? it's a good thing he was out of state, with this coverage he could've been sitting right next to any of us and we would not have known he was a missing child.
