I-75 is shut down this morning in Whitley County while emergency workers try to move a tractor trailer.

It's between mile markers 23 and 25 in the southbound lanes.

The tractor trailer was involved in a non-injury crash.

the state allows these Contractors to come in and work on the Interstate, they work on the 2 lane part of the Interstate tying up traffic, then come in a few years later to widen the same road, why not when they work on the interstate widening the darn time.
