Fire Starts In Rolls Of Rubber At Lexington Warehouse

Lexington fire crews were able to get a warehouse fire under control early Thursday morning.

Firefighters were called to Price Road around 4:30 a.m.

Firefighters tell us the fire started in some rolls of rubber.

Investigators determined the fire was caused by stained rags which spontaneously combusted.

The building has a sprinkler system which went off.

No injuries were reported.
