Two Arrested, One Sought In Connection To Laurel County Murder

Police make two arrests and are looking for a third suspect in a murder investigation.

The arrests are in connection with the murder of Devin Overbey, whose body was found on the side of Happy Hollow Road in Laurel County on Sunday.

Kentucky State Police say they arrested 38-year-old Terry Edward Riley of London just before 1:00 Thursday morning.

Police also arrested 43-year-old Dwayne K. Riley of East Bernstadt at around 2:00 Thursday morning.

Police say they had to call in a special response unit to arrest him. He's also charged with resisting arrest.

Both men are lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.

Police say they have an arrest warrant for murder for another man: 26-year-old Jason Frazier. He's a black man with black hair and brown eyes. He's also 5 feet 8 inches tall and 145 pounds. Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Frazier should call Kentucky State Police in London.

lets not judge here as we don't know what lead up to the beating, I know the 2 that are being held in jail for the beating and just because they have a past, that has nothing to do with this case. We were not there so we do not know what lead up to the beating, they are not the type of guys that would go up to someone and start beating on them, We should think about both sides of the families here as we are all feeling terriable about this. My prayers go out for Terry, Dwayne, & Jason's family as I know them very well.

they took a man's life that had a good heart and was kind. he dd not deserve this no matter what excuse they give. they took a son,a brother,a father figure and a friend. he will be remembered by all and those me will pay by man's law and especially when they stand for judgement day. may god bless his family and friend's because i will remember him and so will his first love that he ever had. his family ask for justice and so does anyone that knew him. give his family some peace and closure. thank you for this opportunity to express these feelings. all anyone involved in this wants is for them to pay for taking a life that was not ready to go yet.
