Man Will Spend 20 Years In Jail For Sex Crimes

An eastern Kentucky man faces two decades behind bars for sex crimes against two girls.

A Harlan County judge sentenced 43-year-old Frank Cornett to 20 years in prison after Cornett pleaded guilty in July to charges of rape, sodomy, unlawful transaction with a minor and intimidation.

Cornett's victims were 13 and 14 years old.

The son of a ? who mplested the littlee girls should never be allowed to see day light again 20 years is not enough time for a low down piece of trash like that. From what I read there's prosistues on the street, why does low down men have to mess with a child! Why doesn't Eastern Kentucky re establish the hanging from a tall oak or sycamore tree?

I think the courts should have every man or woman that abuses children or a man that rapes a woman be operated on and their sex organs taken out so they won't have the urgre to hurt someone like that. I mean sexual abuse. People that beats on children should be beaten also plus go to jail. Children shouldn't be abused in anyway shape form or fashion. I think this man will have a long time to think what he's done, but those children have to live with this the rest of their lives.

I'd like to know why he only got 20 years. If that is the maximum allowable, then that is one law that needs to be changed. He won't serve much of that sentence, get out, and do it again.

20 years? Why such a short sentence? These little girls will carry the memory of his crimes for a lifetime.
