I agree 100% with this comment. Atv's can be safe or they can be dangrous when you are high on drugs. From what I can find out it happened on a state road and the possibility of drug and or alcohol use was very possible. I agree you don't leave your friend to lay and die. From what I can find out she had 2 children and 2 grandchildren. What a waste.

19 deaths so far in Ky on Atvs this year. You anti Atv people can whine and complain all you want who cares. The facts are leaning more in favor of the Atv being one of the safer vehicles out there. But I know the Anti Atv people dont look at the number of people dieing in car trucks cycles even walking and crossing the street do you? So heres you one more reason to whine and complain .Mr Smith should be charged in this case. You dont crash out and leave your friend to die anyone that does that needs the max time the law can give out.Me and my families prayers go out to the Coleman family I know what youre going through[lost a friend in a Atv wreck last weekend].You all are in our prayers and other Atv riders prayers Im sure.1 more thing does anyone know if the happened on a road or trail and if drinking or drugs was involved.Whoops sorry Im in Ky ever wreck involves drinking or drugs in some peoples minds it always has and always will .Godspeed hope to see you on the trails
