Police are now calling the death of a Clay County Teen who was found in the Red Bird River a criminal investigation.

Officials aren't releasing the details of 19-year-old Matt Swafford's autopsy Wednesday.

He had been gagged and bound.

Swafford's brother, Sam, and their friend Josh Mosley are still considered 'persons of interest.'

Not calling it a criminal investigation but the boy's hands and feet were tied up and he was gagged with a bandana?
