Fire Destroys Historic School

A fire that destroyed a historic school in Southern Kentucky is being called suspicious.

The flames broke out early Saturday morning at the old Lynn Camp School in Corbin.

Within minutes, flames engulfed the building. Witnesses say they could see smoke for miles.

Most of the building is considered a total loss.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation. But fire investigators think it's suspicious because the building did not have a gas or electrical hook up.

Most of my famil went to Lynn Camp & so did I. When I first seen the report on the news I started to cry to know part of my family & my history & others was gone & never will come back. So let's all pray that they catch those that done this crime toward the Corbin Wildcat Citizens.
