Two Men Could Face Charges In Connection To Teen's Death

The two men who police believe were the last to see a Clay County teen alive could soon face charges.

Police say they are “Skeptical” about 21 year old Sam Swafford and 19 year old Josh Mosley's accounts of what happened the night before Swafford's 19 year old brother, matt, was found dead in Red Bird River.

Matt Swafford had been gagged and bound.

Police are waiting for a final autopsy report before taking their case to a grand jury.

We're told the grand jury could consider charges ranging from negligence to manslaughter.
