Last Monday, 27 NEWSFIRST told you how Lynn Caudill returned home to find her front door kicked in, and her two Yorkie puppies, Pebbles and Misty, stolen from her home on North Limestone in Lexington.

Later that week, after our story aired and Caudill canvassed the neighborhood with fliers, a man came knocking on the door saying he knew where her dogs were.

Caudill says she would gladly pay a reward but would only do so when she had the dog in hand. He then returned with one of the dogs, Misty, and she gave him a reward.

He also said that if she gave him money up front he would bring the other dog back, she told him that she again, would only pay when the dog came home.

Caudill says he never came back, and now she's pleading once again for the safe return of her dog.
