Charges Are Dropped Against Former Firefighter

Charges are dropped against a former eastern Kentucky firefighter accused of threatening other firefighters.

Thomas Evans was charged with terroristic threatening after an arrest warrant signed by the Corbin Fire Chief said Evans implied he had "Enough rounds in his gun for all of them."

Evans resigned as a Corbin firefighter.

A county attorney dropped his charges, but Evans does have to pay a 500 dollar peace bond, and he must have no contact with acting Corbin Fire Chief Barry McDonald.
