Wet Roads Lead To Several Crashes

Wet roads are leading to crashes across the area.

Two vehicles collided at New Circle Road and Liberty. The crash shut down the inner loop of New Circle and one lane of Liberty Road as crews worked to clear the scene. There's no word yet on the conditions of the people involved in that crash.

Police are also investigating a multiple car crash on Man o'War at Clearwater Way. We're told there are injuries with this crash.

A car hit a phone pole on Ash Grove Road in Jessamine County. The pole fell down, blocking the roadway. Police had to re-route traffic.

I totally agree with you Joey. If people would just think about the conditions and adjust the roads would be a much safer place.

Wrecks are caused by stupid people, who drives the same way each day. Not concerned with weather or road conditions.

THANK you Joey for stating the obvious. Wet road do not lead to crashes.. people driving to fast and without consideration for others do. Common sense.. Courtesy is contagious.. humans should try it!

OK people, it's raining again. Time to put your cell phones down, slow down, and concentrate on driving. I know it's been more than a month since it rained and some of you have suddenly forgotten how to drive on it, but you must slow down and not drive as fast, not follow as close, pay more attention, and leave more room for error. You cannot drive the same as you do every other day during inclement weather no matter what you believe, that's why accidents happen. So, take a breath, slow down, get off that cell phone, and drive safely!

Wet roads didn't lead to the crashes. GOING TOO FAST on wet roads led to the crashes. Other people drive on wet roads and don't crash because they drive for the conditions and slow down. Common Sense People!
