Visitation Tuesday For Fallen Soldier

The governor has ordered flags to be flown at half staff for a Kentucky soldier who died in Iraq.

27-year old Sergeant William Rudd died earlier this month when he was hit by enemy fire while on patrol. The Madisonville native was stationed at Fort Benning, Georgia.

Visitation is being held there on Tuesday afternoon at the First Baptist Church. His funeral services are Wednesday.

Flags on state buildings will go to half-staff on Wednesday and will be returned to full-staff at sundown.
